What are some small interactive pets that have a long life?
I have a hamster, a long time ago, but I was so devastated when she died after 3 years went so fast! Some people do not cry or feel too sorry for a tiny little thing to die, but she was like my best friend recently: CI still get tears thinking about it I do not want to have a small pet that has a short life, I'd be able to of caring for an animal as long as possible. I thought ferrets, but they are so smelly! My friend had one and it stunk the whole half of the house, and yes, she was taking good care of them. My pet chinchillas are ideal, but are too expensive to buy, but I really want one> _ <Basically, I want to know if you know any good pets that are small and can live in a tank or cage, no risk of disease in my cat and dog, are interactive and fun to play, and can live like 10/15/20 years maximum. thanks!
A sugar glider fits your description perfectly! They have a much longer shelf life longer than hamsters, usually around 15 years. There are tons of fun to play, will you run and slide, which will join with you and always want be close to you. They live in a cage, and can not transmit disease to your other pets. However, as chinchillas and ferrets, which are expensive. Kid planners sugar and sold at a lower price than most other breeders and pet stores.
